Axa Realty

A comprehensive mailing campaign was created for Axa Realty as well as a contemporary corporate identity.

Corporate Identity | Logo: The realty company's original name was TOT, and a lower case t-o-t was used to create the logo. When the name was later changed to AXA, the company's president chose to retain the original logo design.

Corporate Identity | Stationery: Graphic squares underscore the sense of building blocks, houses, and neighborhood streets and was easy to use in many different applications.

Direct Mail | A multiple series of 8" x 5.5" postcards were mailed to southern California homes stressing that full services were provided even with the company's simple reduced commissions structure.

Real Estate Signage | Clean, bright signs were created with emphasis on the toll-free number, visible from passing vehicles or by pedestrians.
